The essentials of working with us, in plain language.
What we do. We provide technical privacy consultancy and device configuration. We are not your lawyers, your accountants, or your physical security.
Fees. Payable in full before configuration begins, and not refundable once work has started. Hardware and third-party subscriptions are billed at cost.
Duration. A standard engagement runs twelve months. Renewal is a decision, not a default; either side may simply not renew.
Your side of it. Sealed Device status depends on the configuration staying intact. Sideloading, removing the management profile, or re-enabling cloud services ends it.
What we cannot do. We hold no copy of your data and no key to your device. Nothing we keep would let us recover a lost passphrase, and nothing we keep could be taken from us to your cost.
If something goes wrong. Our liability is limited to the consulting portion of your fees. Disputes are heard confidentially under Lithuanian law.
